Terms of Service

Phyllis Leibowitz Effective Date: October 8, 2026

1. Styling Services

Phyllis Leibowitz provides personal styling, wardrobe consulting, shopping, fashion consulting, and related styling services. Specific services, fees, scheduling, expenses, cancellation provisions, and payment arrangements are established in the applicable Styling Agreement between Phyllis Leibowitz and the client.

2. Client Agreement

When a client enters into a separate written Styling Agreement, including an agreement executed electronically, that agreement governs the specific client engagement.

If there is any conflict between these general Terms of Service and a separately signed Styling Agreement, the signed Styling Agreement will control with respect to that client engagement.

3. Payments and Payment Authorization

Clients may be required to provide a payment method and authorize charges for amounts properly due under their Styling Agreement. Where a client has authorized a payment method for future charges, Phyllis Leibowitz may charge that payment method for amounts authorized under the applicable Styling Agreement, including applicable service fees, balances, authorized expenses, and cancellation or postponement fees.

4. Cancellation and Postponement

Cancellation and postponement are governed by the applicable Styling Agreement. Where that agreement provides for a cancellation or postponement fee, the client authorizes Phyllis Leibowitz to charge the applicable payment method in accordance with that agreement.

5. Expenses

Where provided for in the applicable Styling Agreement, the client is responsible for expenses incurred in connection with styling services, including applicable travel between appointments, messenger services, gratuities, and other authorized expenses.

6. Payment Links

Payment links provided by Phyllis Leibowitz are processed through Stripe. Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. No Transfer of Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service transfers ownership of Phyllis Leibowitz's business materials, original creative work, photographs, written materials, or other proprietary content unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Changes to These Terms

Phyllis Leibowitz may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to a particular client engagement will not supersede or modify the terms of a separately signed Styling Agreement unless the parties expressly agree to such modification in writing.
